All orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Signed copies and bundles may require additional handling time.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

Eight Spires Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
